Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patients on admission and continuously monitor status.
• Plan and coordinate care based on patient assessment and needs.
• Involve family/significant others in the care plan.
• Teach patient/family to ensure positive outcomes and timely discharge.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team; initiate physician orders.
• Provide nursing care and administer medications per policy.
• Maintain patient advocacy and professional accountability.
