Qualifications

• RN – Florida: degree from accredited school of nursing; bachelor degree preferred.
• Professionalism in interpersonal communication with patients, families and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills are needed with physicians, patients and colleagues.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and acts ethically at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and monitor ongoing status.
• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care per the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with LPNs, CNAs, and unit staff to meet patient needs.
• Administer medications according to established policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve desired outcomes.
