Qualifications

• RN licensed in Florida with nursing degree.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Completion of orientation and unit competency.
• Excellent communication with patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient on admission and monitor ongoing status.
• Plan and coordinate care based on assessment.
• Involve family in the plan of care as appropriate.
• On admission, initiate individualized teaching for outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Administer medications according to policies.
• Adhere to patient safety goals and confidentiality.
