Job summary

Haemonetics Corp. is seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist in Upstate NY to partner with the Regional Sales Director to meet clinical needs of physicians and hospital teams.

You will demonstrate Haemonetics products, deliver clinical training, and provide evidence-based solutions to improve patient care and drive sales outcomes. This role requires travel within the territory and proactive collaboration with sales and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent medical training required.
• Medical training (RT, RCIS, Surgical tech, RN, NP, or first assistant) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides good case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients.
• Serves as the primary resource for clinical support in coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education for company products.
• Informs the customer on the latest product, therapy and technology developments by engaging in procedural and technical discussion.
• Demonstrates ability to link clinical data to key messaging.
• Meets with existing and potential customers to identify clinical needs, goals and constraints and provide solutions using company products.
• Collaborates and communicates account information to the local territory manager daily.
• Supports monitoring of product inventory levels.
• Shares insights on competitive products or account issues and educates on merits and proper usage of products.
• Leads challenging or more complex cases reviews and develops content for regional/area clinical calls.
• Supports the RSD in creating and disseminating educational content for the internal team.
• Performs case support and coverage for the most complex cases needing higher clinical expertise.
• Other duties as assigned.
