Haemonetics seeks a Senior Clinical Specialist to work with the Regional Sales Director in the Upstate NY territory, identifying clinical needs of physicians and hospital groups and demonstrating how company products support patient care and revenue goals.

The role provides case coverage as the primary clinical resource for coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education, while collaborating daily with the local territory manager and monitoring inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent medical training required.
• Medical training (RT, RCIS, Surgical tech, RN, NP, or first assistant) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients.
• Serves as the primary resource for clinical support in coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education for company products.
• Informs the customer on the latest product, therapy and technology developments in the industry by engaging in discussions.
• Demonstrates ability to link clinical data to key messaging.
• Meets with existing and potential customers to identify clinical needs and provide feasible solutions using company products.
• Collaborates and communicates information to the local territory manager daily.
• Supports monitoring of product inventory levels.
• Shares insights on competitive products or account issues with TM or CS and educates customers on product usage.
• Leads complex cases reviews and develops content for regional/area clinical calls.
• Supports creation and dissemination of educational content for the internal team.
