Job summary

Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Special Procedures Technologist to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team. Under the supervision of a physician, you will scrub, monitor, and support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, including complex EP cases, in a high-acuity environment.

The role requires ARRT certification, BLS/ACLS, and 5–7 years of Cath Lab experience; day shifts with on-site responsibilities and call rotation.

Qualifications

• Requires ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology as required by state law.
• Completion of a Cardiovascular Invasive program or equivalent experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.
• Scrub, monitor, and circulate during procedures and support physicians.
• Maintain aseptic technique and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ECG rhythms and hemodynamic values during cases.
