Job summary

Banner Health is hiring a Special Procedures Technologist for the Cardiac Cath Lab at Banner Ocotillo Medical Center in Chandler, AZ. You will perform radiographic procedures, assist during interventional cases, and ensure patient safety and quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have Cardiac Cath Lab/EP exposure (new grads encouraged), ARRT certification, and BLS/ACLS; PALS where applicable. This is a full-time day shift with call requirements.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or less than 2 years in Cardiac Cath Lab/EP or equivalent experience.
• Certificate or diploma from an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Requires ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology.
• BLS/ACLS certifications; PALS where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs prescribed radiographic procedures in Cath Lab as directed.
• Educates patients/families about procedures and care.
• Maintains accurate documentation and prepares images for interpretation.
• Monitors equipment and ensures radiation safety and quality control.
