Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist in Ohio to support fluoroscopic and interventional procedures. The role requires sterile technique, ARRT or CCI registration, and a background in radiology with patient-focused care.

The technologist will prepare patients, document findings in the EHR, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safety and quality across procedures.

Qualifications

• ARRT or CCI registration is required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• 1 year radiology experience preferred.
• State licensure preferred where applicable.
• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed practitioner in fluoroscopic, interventional, and neuro-interventional procedures with sterile technique.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and minimize anxiety.
• Communicate with referring physicians to verify orders when unclear.
• Document patient information and preliminary findings in the EHR.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality standards.
• Perform non-invasive vascular exams at proficiency level.
• Demonstrate knowledge of vascular anatomy and exam correlation.
