Intermountain Healthcare Inc. seeks an Angio/Interventionalist to perform angiography, scrub and circulating duties, and operate imaging equipment for quality results. You will support the Imaging service line and collaborate with care teams to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

This part-time role (30 hours per week) is based in Denver, CO, at Saint Joseph Hospital. Required: ARRT, BCLS, ACLS within 120 days, licensure; PALS for pediatric settings; VIR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS required within 120 days.
• PALS required for pediatric hospitals within 120 days.
• Relevant state licensure and/or certifications required.
• VIR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications.
• Provide procedural assistance as circulating, scrub, or monitoring tech.
• Operate IR equipment and related information systems to ensure quality images.
• Prepare patient, verify identity, and administer exams.
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and ensure a safe environment.
• Follow protocol for medical necessity, coding and consents.
• Educate patients and address concerns; ensure patient comfort.
• Keep accurate records of procedures and any adverse reactions.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with other providers.
• Manage sheath removal or hemostasis as needed.

BCLS - Basic Life Support

ACLS - within 120 Days

PALS - Pediatric Advanced within 120
