Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio License: Intervention Specialist (Mild/Moderate K-12) AND/OR Intervention Specialist (Moderate/Intensive K-12).
• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field.
• Knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and compliance requirements.
• Must pass a criminal background check (BCI/FBI).

Responsibilities

• Develop annual goals and short-term objectives based on student performance levels.
• Draft, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with IDEA and state standards.
• Lead IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide high-structure, SDI for students with Mild/Moderate to Moderate/Intensive needs.
• Collaborate with school staff to support inclusive practices and data-driven decisions.
