ACCEL Schools is seeking an Intervention Specialist at Fairfield Preparatory Academy in Hamilton, Ohio for the 2026-2027 school year. You will support students with an IEP, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with teachers to maintain high academic and social-emotional standards.

The role includes conducting diagnostic assessments, facilitating IEP meetings, and communicating with families to track progress within a public charter K-12 network dedicated to equity and excellence.

Competenze

• Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards.
• Experience in full room inclusion or Co-Teaching in a Resource Room.
• Growth-focused coaching with frequent observations and progress monitoring.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Excellent organization and time management.

• Work cooperatively with teachers, interpreting abilities and modifying curricula as needed.
