Job summary

Copiers Northwest is seeking an ITT Coordinator in Seattle to support copier and printer orders. You will act as a key liaison between dealers, sales, order processing, and internal departments to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.

Responsibilities include reviewing service agreements, maintaining records, and coordinating with multiple teams to keep ITT Ship In and Ship Out orders on track. Prior experience in order coordination or logistics is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred 2+ year degree/coursework related to business administration, operations or logistics.
• Experience in order coordination, customer service, logistics, operations, or administrative support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and SharePoint
• Ability to learn internal ERP & CRM systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and approve ITT Ship In service agreements submitted by dealers.
• Verify serviceability, equipment configuration, pricing accuracy, and compliance with internal standards and contract requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems, including dealer contact information, contract types, and pricing
• Identify servicing dealers for ITT Ship Out orders, negotiate pricing and create service agreements
• Ensure service agreements comply with internal standards, and contract costs do not exceed contract revenue
• Communicate dealer-provided information to internal depts and monitor order progress
• Respond to inquiries and provide updates for in-process orders
• Identify missing or incorrect information and resolve issues with dealers, sales, and order processing teams
• Other related projects and duties as assigned
