Job summary

Scan.com is building a national imaging network and the HL7/DICOM integrations underpinning it are mission-critical. As Clinical Application Administrator, you will monitor HL7 interfaces, triage and resolve failures, manage the support queue, and work with engineering, operations, and clinical teams to close issues and onboard new imaging center clients from deployment through go-live.

This is a technically demanding operations role; you should be comfortable reading HL7 messages, diagnosing

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HL7 v2, including ORM/ORU message types.
• Ability to triage, diagnose, and resolve HL7 data issues.
• Experience coordinating with engineering, operations, and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HL7 interfaces across ORM and ORU message types.
• Triage and resolve HL7 failures and reprocessing requests.
• Onboard new imaging center clients; configure and validate DICOM/HL7 gateways.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and clinical teams to implement longer-term fixes.
• Document processes and maintain a knowledge base.
