Job summary

Intelerad is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist II to lead delivery of complex healthcare IT implementations. You will design integration workflows, configure enterprise systems, and guide clients through go-lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/Medical Imaging or related field
• 3+ years in healthcare IT implementation, system integration, or related technical role
• Proficiency with HL7/DICOM standards and configuring healthcare system integrations
• Linux CLI proficiency and experience with SQL databases (e.g., Sybase, PostgreSQL, MS SQL)
• Ability to travel as required to support on-site client engagements

Responsibilities

• Lead HL7/DICOM integration design, configuration, and deployment for complex client environments
• Diagnose and resolve advanced technical and workflow issues across applications, integrations, and infrastructure
• Partner with Project Management to drive system integration milestones and provide status updates
• Design and deliver structured training programs for end users and administrators
• Document and maintain implementation artifacts and contribute to post-implementation reviews
• Assist with TS requests including custom reports, queries, and migrations
