We value strong communication, initiative, and attention to detail. Interns may explore roles in Estimating, Field Engineering, Project Engineering, Supply Chain, Safety, Design, and VDC, with potential for future full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year degree program.
• Basic understanding of construction; prior construction experience preferred.
• Strong communication, initiative and organization are essential.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook; ability to learn Asta, Procore and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams on-site or in offices with daily operations.

Internships provide students with hands‑on work experience on a project site or in a local office to assist with daily operations, while working alongside our team of talented professionals, many with decades of experience. It is important to us to ensure our students are successful, and we work hard to ensure the experience is a rewarding one. Oftentimes, internships lead to full‑time job offers upon graduation.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: The candidate must be currently pursuing a four‑year degree.
• Experience: The candidate should have a basic understanding of construction, and previous experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Skills: Communication, independent judgment, initiative, time management, organization, attention to detail, and problem‑solving are all necessary skills for this position.
• Technology: Proficiency in basic computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Employee should have the ability to learn other specific software (Asta, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
