Responsibilities

Project Management / Operations

• Assisting with project documentation
• Tracking submittals, RFIs, and schedules
• Supporting coordination between office and field teams
• Attending project meetings and site walks

Field / Superintendent Support

• Assisting with site logistics and reporting
• Helping maintain project records and photos
• Supporting safety documentation and coordination
• Observing construction sequencing and trade coordination

Estimating

• Assisting with quantity takeoffs
• Organizing bid documents
• Supporting subcontractor outreach
• Reviewing plans and specifications

Administrative / Office Support

• Organizing files and records
• Assisting with data entry and reporting
• Supporting internal process improvement efforts
• Helping coordinate meetings and communications

Marketing / Business Development

• Assisting with proposal preparation
• Supporting social media or project marketing efforts
• Organizing project photography and company materials
• Researching potential clients or opportunities

Qualifications:

• Interest in construction, operations, engineering, business, or related fields
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic Computer Proficiency Positive Attitude And Reliability Preferred But Not Required
• Prior internship or construction exposure
• Enrollment in a college, trade school, or technical program
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar software
