Job summary

Cognitioworld is seeking an instructional design professional to design and develop engaging instructor-led and eLearning courses aligned with project plans and adult learning theories. You will ensure content clarity, capture requirements, build designs, and evaluate outcomes.

You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to scope curricula and work with e-learning developers to publish interactive courses that meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Portfolio required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress or recently completed in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory, including ADDIE model, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and learning styles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Experience with learning management systems and platforms like Articulate Storyline and Rise preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for delivering complex technical training
• Strong time management, organizational, project planning, and feedback skills
