Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas is seeking an Internet Consultant to serve as a key contact for the sales department. You will deliver a tailored, genuine service to guests who inquire online or in-store, helping create a superior purchasing experience.

The role emphasizes responding to inquiries, learning dealership products, guiding guests to choose vehicles, and coordinating demonstrations and transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Full-time availability.
• Excellent guest service for online/in-store inquiries may be required.

As anInternetConsultant, you’re one of the most important team members atNorm Reeves Toyota Dallas. You’re a critical point of contact for our sales department guests and a key player in creating a super purchasing experience. You will build an experience for our guests by offering tailored and genuine service to any customer who inquires online or in store.

Core Responsibilities

• Actively respond to sales inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential
• Communicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person)
• Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available
• Assist guests in selecting a new/used vehicle
• Understand and accommodate the needs of each guests to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transaction
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day

What You’ll Need

• Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must have proven track record of Sales experience.
