Job summary

Norm Reeves Toyota San Diego is seeking an Internet Salesperson to drive vehicle sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will guide customers from initial contact to final purchase, leveraging product knowledge and listening to needs to recommend suitable vehicles.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability and legal age (18+) requirement.
• Must obtain a California Vehicle Sales License.

Join Our Team as a Internet Salesperson at Norm Reeves - Toyota San Diego!

Location: San Diego, CA | Onsite | Type: Full Time | Salary Range $45,000 - $140,000

As an Automotive Salesperson, you will help drive the success of Toyota San Diego by selling vehicles and providing an excellent customer experience. You will guide customers through the entire sales process—from first contact to final purchase—by understanding their needs, using your product knowledge, and recommending vehicles that fit their preferences and budget.

What You’ll Do:

• Actively respond to sales inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential
• Communicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person)
• Assist guests in selecting a new/used vehicle
• Understand and accommodate the needs of each guests to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transaction

What You’ll Need:

• Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to obtain a California Vehicle Sales License (Occupational License)
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must have proven track record of Sales experience.
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent settings
