Job summary

Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas is seeking an Internet Consultant to be a key contact for our sales guests, delivering tailored and genuine service for online and in-store inquiries. You will help create a super purchasing experience by understanding guest needs and presenting the right vehicles.

Core activities include responding to inquiries, learning all dealership products, assisting guests in selecting a new or used vehicle, and contributing to a positive, high-energy team environment committed

Qualifications

• Previous Internet Sales experience is required.
• Full-time availability and being at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Proven track record of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively respond to sales inquiries to help ensure maximum dealership profit.
• Communicate effectively with sales guests online or in person.
• Learn about all dealership products and services available.
• Assist guests in selecting a new or used vehicle.
• Understand guest needs to arrange vehicle demonstrations and transactions.

As an Internet Consultant, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas. You’re a critical point of contact for our sales department guests and a key player in creating a super purchasing experience. You will build an experience for our guests by offering tailored and genuine service to any customer who inquires online or in store.

Core Responsibilities

• Actively respond to sales inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential
• Communicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person)
• Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available
• Assist guests in selecting a new/used vehicle
• Understand and accommodate the needs of each guests to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transaction
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day

What You’ll Need

• Previous Internet Sales experience (required)
• Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
