Responsibilities

• Understand and implement every aspect of the sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery.
• Present and demonstrate inventory to customers.
• Respond quickly to internet and phone inquiries.
• Communicate with customers via email, text, chat, and phone.
• Provide virtual vehicle demonstrations and set in-store appointments.
• Create strategies to increase market share and meet monthly goals.
• Maintain dealership metrics such as CSI, gross, and monthly units.
