Job summary

Fowler Automotive in Oklahoma City is seeking a sales/customer service professional to guide customers through the car-buying process. You will present vehicles, demo features, and arrange in-store appointments while maintaining strong client communication across email, text, chat, and phone.

Ideal candidates may have prior sales or customer service experience and are encouraged to apply if bilingual. The role supports a collaborative team with opportunity for growth and commission-based

Job Responsibilities

• Understand and implement every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Respond quickly to all internet and phone inquiries
• Communicate with customers through email, text, chat, and phone
• Provide virtual vehicle demonstrations and set in-store appointments
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
• Must be familiar with utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

Education and/or Experience

• Sales or customer service experience a plus (not required)
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Requirements

Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to our insurance carrier
