Job summary

RideNow Group is seeking an Internet Sales Specialist in Ocala, FL to respond to online leads and inbound calls, set appointments, and help customers find the right unit. Training will be provided; no dealership experience is required. Expect to earn around $45,000+ annually with performance incentives, in an on-site role at the dealership.

Ideal candidates are organized, tech-savvy, and motivated by goals. CRM experience is a plus, and bilingual Spanish is welcomed but not required.

If you’re friendly, organized, and confident on the phone, we’ll train you on the process and product. No dealership experience required.

What you’ll do

• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at work station
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
