Job summary

RideNow Powersports-McDonough is seeking an Internet Sales Specialist to manage online leads and calls, schedule appointments, and actively follow up with customers. You will help customers find the right vehicle, maintain CRM records, and work with teammates for a top-notch buying experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a friendly, professional demeanor, with on-site duties and commission-based pay. Experience in automotive or powersports sales is preferred.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in a dealership or internet sales environment (automotive or powersports preferred).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable using CRM software and working with multiple online tools.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits and organizational skills.
Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at the work station.
Position is commission-based pay with employee discounts and life insurance.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming internet leads, phone calls, and inquiries with professionalism and prompt responses.
Confirm and manage appointments, and provide friendly follow-up with unsold customers.
Communicate clearly through email, text, and phone; stay helpful and accurate.
Stay in touch with past customers to build loyalty and relationships.
Learn current inventory and assist customers in finding the right vehicle.
Log customer information and follow-ups in the CRM for a smooth sales process.
Collaborate with teammates across departments to ensure a great customer experience.
