Job summary

Ciocca Automotive in Flemington, NJ is seeking an energetic and motivated call center professional to join our growing team. You will handle customer calls, schedule sales and service appointments, and respond to inquiries using scripts and templates.

A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, strong computer and phone skills, and ability to communicate clearly are essential. Bilingual applicants are a plus, and we offer full-time employment with comprehensive benefits.

• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
