Ciocca Audi/VW of Flemington is seeking an energetic call center professional to join our team. You will answer customer calls, set sales/service appointments, and respond to inquiries via email, phone, or live chat. Candidates with prior customer service and strong computer skills are preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus.

This is a full-time on-site role in Flemington, NJ. We offer a competitive $40,000-$65,000 yearly wage, 401(k) with company matching, PTO and holidays, comprehensive

• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
