Ciocca Audi/VW of Flemington seeks an energetic call center professional to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, you will handle customer calls, schedule sales and service appointments, and provide friendly information using scripts and templates.

Qualifications include customer service experience, strong computer and phone skills, a valid driver’s license, and bilingual abilities are a plus.

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
