Job summary

Ciocca Automotive in Atlantic City is seeking a motivated call center professional to join our growing team. You will answer customer calls, schedule sales/service appointments, and guide customers to dealership resources to ensure a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• At least one previous customer service-related role.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
