Job summary

Ciocca Audi/VW of Flemington is hiring a motivated call center professional to join Ciocca Automotive. You will handle customer calls, schedule sales/service appointments, and respond to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.

We offer a 40,000–65,000 yearly wage range, full-time employment, PTO/holidays, 401(k) with company matching, on-the-job training, robust health benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• At least one previous customer service-related role.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
