Job summary

Graff Auto Campus in Northwest Indiana is seeking an Internet Sales Representative to respond to internet leads and guide guests through the purchasing process across Graff Ford and Toyota. You will help customers with inventory, specials, and financing options while building rapport and driving sales.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and chat inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Build rapport and trust with potential customers by providing information about inventory, specials, and financing options.
• Set qualified appointments for the sales team across all Graff Auto Campus locations.
• Manage CRM activities, ensuring all customer interactions are logged and followed up on consistently.
• Collaborate with thestore managers to maximize opportunities and improve customer experience.
• You will work with the guests to help guide them through the purchasing process.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills - written and verbal.

• Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and digital communication.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous BDC, call center, or automotive experience a plus (but not required - we will train the right person!).
