RideNow Powersports in Dallas is seeking an Internet Sales Manager to lead and scale our digital sales operations. You will coach a high-performing team, analyze lead data and KPIs, and own the sales pipeline, CRM processes, and inventory workflows to maximize efficiency.

Additionally, you will ensure timely communication with online customers, oversee satisfaction metrics, and drive onboarding and ongoing development to maintain a top-tier buying experience.
