The Peterson Auto Group in Boise, Idaho is seeking an Internet Sales Manager to lead our growing online sales team. You will work alongside and train with the Internet Director, taking over daily leadership of the department and driving enhanced customer engagement.

This role requires proven car sales experience, the ability to motivate a team, and strong organizational skills to manage fast-moving leads, appointments, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Car sales experience is a must; prior Internet sales experience not required.
• Ability to motivate, train, and lead a department of 5+ people.
• Strong organization and time-management in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage Internet Appointment Setters.
• Oversee and distribute Internet leads among staff.
• Maintain communication with car desk managers.
• Conduct weekly store meetings and one-on-one training sessions.
• Hire and replace Internet Appointment Setters.
• Compile and interpret department metrics and analytics.
• Increase public website reviews.
