Qualifications

• 3–5 years in automotive management.
• Proven internet sales producer track record.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Drive to maintain impeccable relationships.
• Self-initiative and strategic planning.
• Excellent customer contact experience.
• Pass background screening and acceptable MVR.

Responsabilités

• Maximize the internet department's profitability.
• Drive consistent utilization of existing technologies.
• Set benchmarks, manage and maintain budgets.
• Dynamic internet lead response and follow-up.
• Expert negotiation, closing and marketing skills.
• Enhance performance metrics and CRM.
