Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as Internet Sales Manager (REQUIRED).
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• A sense of urgency and proactive communication are required.
• Excellent communication skills across calls, chat, and email are necessary.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Manage Internet Sales Consultants and ensure department meets guidelines.
• Answer all calls and chat requests within 10 seconds.
• Respond to email with a phone call within 5 minutes, then price quotes within 10 minutes.
• Convert sales opportunities to appointments or referrals to a Sales Consultant.
• Maintain at least 75% contact rate with leads and a 60% show-rate for appointments.
• Document all customer interactions in LSMS and complete daily tasks.
