Courtesy Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Internet Sales Manager to oversee online sales activities, lead generation, and digital customer interactions. You will drive follow-up on internet leads, boost showroom traffic, and coordinate with nine Courtesy dealerships in Phoenix, Tucson, and San Diego to meet sales targets.

The role requires leadership experience, CRM proficiency, and a strong focus on customer service and results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years automotive sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and internet lead management tools.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership software systems.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage all online internet leads and ensure timely follow-up.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online chat.
• Develop processes to maximize lead conversion and appointment-setting.
• Monitor team performance: lead response times, appointment/show/sales conversion.
• Train and motivate consultants on internet sales techniques and CRM usage.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
