Job summary
Morgan Buick GMC Shreveport is seeking an Internet Sales Coordinator to manage online leads and coordinate sales operations across our dealership locations. The role requires strong communication, timely responses, and collaboration with the leadership team to optimize sales performance.
You will oversee website operations, monitor lead activity, and participate in regular training to enhance customer experiences and drive results in a fast-paced automotive environment.

- Coordinate internet sales operations across all three of our dealership locations
- Handle all incoming online email leads and respond in a timely manner
- Monitor lead activity, appointment scheduling, showroom visits and sales conversion performance to improve department results
- Oversee the dealerships website
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve performance
- Collaborate with general managers to implement process improvements and support dealership sales objectives
- Monitor online reviews, dealership reputation and customer engagement across digital platforms
- Ensure sales team meets lead response time expectations, maintain consistent follow-up and provide personalized customer experiences
- Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must pass background & drug screening
