Job summary

Future Ford of Sacramento is seeking assertive Internet and Retail Sales Representatives to join a fast-growing, family-owned dealer group. Engage customers online and in-showroom, guide them through the sales process, and exceed sales goals.

We offer comprehensive training, advancement opportunities, and high earning potential with a base hourly rate plus commission. Valid CA driver’s and sales licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Driven, enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sales, service, and success.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Previous Automotive Sales, Internet Sales, Retail Sales, or Sales Consultant experience preferred, but not required; training provided.

The role includes a variety of responsibilities, such as:

Engage with online and showroom customers to provide an exceptional car buying experience

Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to grow your earning potential

Pay Scale: Base Hourly rate of $16.90, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors. At Future Ford of Sacramento, you’ll join a dealership that’s ready to break records — and you’ll be part of a team that’s growing together. As the dealership thrives, so do our Sales Associates. Most earn between $4,000 and $11,000 each month, with even higher earnings during record-breaking sales periods.
