Future Ford of Sacramento seeks assertive, motivated Internet and Retail Sales Representatives to join our growing, family-owned dealer group in Northern California. You’ll engage online and in-showroom customers to deliver an exceptional car buying experience.

Build relationships, guide customers through the sales process, and exceed personal and team goals through effective communication and follow-up. We offer extensive sales training, coaching, and a supportive, family-like team environment.

• Must have a valid CA Driver's License.
• Must have a valid CA Sales License.

Pay Scale: Base Hourly rate of $16.90, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors. At Future Ford of Sacramento, you’ll join a dealership that’s ready to break records — and you’ll be part of a team that’s growing together. As the dealership thrives, so do our Sales Associates. Most earn between $4,000 and $11,000 each month, with even higher earnings during record-breaking sales periods.

• Previous Automotive Sales, Internet Sales, Retail Sales, or Sales Consultant experience preferred, but not required, we’ll train the right person
