Job summary

Jim Glover Chevrolet is seeking an Internet Sales Associate to join our growing team. You will manage inbound leads and assist customers with product knowledge to drive vehicle sales and customer happiness.

Key duties include handling internet inquiries, replying to emails professionally, guiding customers to suitable vehicles, scheduling demonstrations, and maintaining timely communication with sales staff. A strong emphasis on meeting quotas and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills are essential.
• Ambitious, goal oriented with a drive to improve.
• Ability to meet sales quotas and closing percentages.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in vehicle selection with industry knowledge and high service levels.
• Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and schedule vehicle demonstrations.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including online sources.
• Deliver inquiries/messages to other sales personnel promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
