Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet inquiries and phone leads.
• Respond to emails professionally and promptly.
• Assist customers in vehicle selection with industry knowledge and high customer satisfaction.
• Understand internet customer psychology and set appointments for demonstrations.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including online assets.
• Deliver inquiries to appropriate sales personnel promptly.
