Responsibilities

• Be punctual for work and appointments.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
• Log at least three new prospects and ten phone calls per day in the CRM.
• Promote prospects through service, cold calls, and referrals when customers aren’t walking in.
• Be prepared at shift start to discuss previous results and current goals.
• Handle payoffs on auto transactions and follow department sales procedures.
• Answer calls promptly and with proper messages delivered to the right people.
• Establish rapport with customers and collect contact details for follow-up.
• Attend training sessions at the start of each shift and maintain Washington state documentation knowledge.
• Ensure all promises to customers are documented and not concealed.
