Job summary

Toyota of Kirkland is seeking a full-time Internet Sales Consultant to handle online inquiries and phone leads, guide customers to the right vehicles, and set appointments for demos. This role is paid 100% commission of personal production and unit counts, with the possibility of a wage minimum when required by state law.

Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication, customer service skills, and experience with Dealersocket CRM; sales ambition and goal orientation are valued.

• Proficient with Dealersocket CRM with the ability follow up and follow up again.
• Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required.

• Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required.

• Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner.
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness.
• Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.

Capable of walking extensively on concrete. Infrequent sitting, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Lifting 20lbs or less and carrying 10lbs or less on a frequent basis. Frequent pushing and pulling, twisting and turning of trunk, reaching and handling of objects, occasional climbing, balancing and crawling.**Candidates for this position must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
