Qualifications

• Relevant experience in student recruitment, admissions, enrolment management, or student retention.
• Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment and outreach strategies, enrolment processes, student retention practices, data management, and student records administration.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, customer service, organizational skills, computer applications, and data reporting.
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage, support, and motivate students with excellent customer service.
• Experience with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support enrolment targets and increase qualified applicants.
• Be the face of CAMP in outreach activities and coordinate campus recruitment events.
• Coordinate international student enrolment process and provide timely support from inquiry through enrolment.
• Maintain credentials with DHS for F-1 students and ensure SEVIS compliance.
• Use enrolment data and reporting to inform recruitment and retention decisions.
• Improve student experience through responsive service and collaboration across the college.
