Qualifications

• Relevant experience in student recruitment, admissions, enrolment management, or student retention.
• Knowledge of recruitment and outreach strategies, enrolment processes, student retention practices, data management, and student records administration.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, customer service, organization and data reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage, support, and motivate students with excellent customer service.
• Experience working with racially, ethnically, economically and age diverse individuals.
• Proficient with internet applications and PC-based software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, SIS).
• Knowledge of barriers to educational success and a desire to help others reach goals.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team; willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid driver’s license and use of a personal automobile; some evenings and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support enrolment targets.
• Coordinate CAMP presence at recruiting fairs, community events, and on-campus recruitment activities.
• Coordinate CAMP College Tours, Open Houses, recruitment days, and special programs.
• Serve as CAMP’s PDSO and maintain DHS credentials related to F-1 students.
• Coordinate SEVIS activities and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
• Use enrolment data to inform recruitment, retention, and international student decisions.
• Improve student engagement through responsive service and collaboration across the college.
