Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; one year of professional experience in higher education or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with data, databases, spreadsheets, and/or data reports.
• Willingness to travel frequently and to work evenings and weekends when needed.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and complete assignments on time.
• Ability to communicate effectively with current and prospective graduate students.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a DSO and issues I-20s.
• Generates reports using SAP, Data Warehouse, CRM, and other information systems for graduate recruitment.
• Plans and coordinates data collection and research among universities and partner institutions.
• Develops communications and promotional materials for graduate recruiting and admissions.
• Maintains CRM communications and updates internal websites and program content.
• Represents Graduate Recruitment in planning sessions and cross-campus projects.
• Coordinates visits, tours, and communications with prospective students and families.
