Job summary

KSB GIW, Inc. is seeking an IDDC Coordinator I in Grovetown, GA. This temporary 6-month role handles shipping documentation and ensures compliance with US export and import regulations.

The position supports timely shipments, coordinates with multiple departments and maintains accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment. The role reports to the Shipping Documentation Supervisor and requires attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and SAP.

Qualifications

• Post high school education in business basics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years in an international sales office with logistics experience; knowledge of Inco Terms & US export/import regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue shipping documentation in compliance with export, import and domestic regulations.
• Issue documents: Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Shipper’s Export Declarations and related paperwork.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve logistics issues and ensure timely shipments.
• Maintain and file shipping documents and support a cross-functional team approach.
• Provide back-up support for export, domestic and import shipments.
