Job summary

DeZURIK, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Documentation Coordinator to support international and domestic shipments, combining inventory control with administrative tasks of receiving and shipping. Collaboration across departments ensures accurate documentation and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5 years of related experience is required.
• Education and training in preparing export documentation is preferred.
• Knowledge of shop floor activities including product flow, order flow, identification and location procedures is expected.
• Valve product knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for international and domestic orders.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws and regulations.
• Coordinate customer order shipping activities of valves and parts.
• Manage outgoing international shipments from pickup through delivery, including air/sea/truck freight and waybills.
• Collaborate with other departments to reconcile inventory issues.
• Knowledge of international shipping rules.
• Scan documents using M-Files system.
• Duties may change to meet business needs.
