You will ensure timely processing, accurate documentation, and compliance with tariff and export regulations while coordinating freight movements. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; training possible for a skilled candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive customer service to ensure orders are processed quickly and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate international shipments and prepare documentation for customs and compliance.
• Serve as a single point of contact for international shipments and inquiries.
• Transmit export information via AES and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with freight forwarders and track shipment dates.
• Review processes and advise on improvements to enhance service quality.
