Job summary

Alarm.com is seeking an International Business Development Manager to join our global team, operating from the Netherlands or Belgium to cover the DACH region. You will spearhead dealer partnerships, grow revenue, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to expand our presence in Europe.

The role requires strong sales and account management skills, willingness to travel up to 50-75%, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives across Sales Operations, Support, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling security products or similar solutions is a plus.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue and closing new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, onboard, and develop new commercial dealers into the Alarm.com partner program.
• Build relationships with key account stakeholders and resolve obstacles to dealer success.
• Support dealers in pursuing large end-user opportunities and provide on-site training.
