Responsibilities

• Under supervision, participate in a structured orientation and training program with no direct patient care until licensing is met.
• View implementing and managing patient care.
• Watch care planning and delegation of care to staff.
• Observe staff supervision to ensure tasks are done per policy.
• Evaluate and adjust the plan of care to achieve patient goals and reduce rehospitalizations.
